At MX Factory Pro, our motocross jerseys, trousers and complete racing outfits are individually handmade to order by skilled tailors at our manufacturing facility in Indonesia.

Unlike mass-produced clothing, every garment is carefully manufactured, quality checked and prepared for dispatch according to the customer's selected sizes and specifications.

1. Manufacturing & Dispatch

Standard handmade jerseys are normally manufactured and dispatched within 7–17 working days of order acceptance and receipt of all necessary sizing information.

This timeframe includes manufacturing, quality control and dispatch preparation. It does not include subsequent courier transit time.

Motocross trousers, complete outfits and Premium Custom-Fit garments may require different production times, which will be communicated where applicable.

Working days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays.

2. International Shipping & Express Delivery

MX Factory Pro ships worldwide.

We use express delivery services wherever available for the destination country. Where suitable express services are unavailable, we arrange an appropriate alternative.

Once dispatched, delivery times depend on the courier, destination, customs clearance, weather and local transport conditions.

Although we cannot guarantee exact courier transit times or arrival dates unless expressly agreed, we will assist customers with delayed shipments and honour our responsibilities under applicable consumer protection laws.

3. Shipping Charges

Our standard shipping charges are:

• United Kingdom: £10.00

• Worldwide Standard Zone: £18.00

• Worldwide Plus Zone: £50.00

All prices are in GBP. The applicable charge is confirmed at checkout before payment.

4. Dispatch Confirmation & Tracking

Customers receive dispatch confirmation by email once their order has been shipped.

Tracking information is provided where available. International tracking updates may occasionally be delayed while parcels move between delivery networks.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International deliveries may incur customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees.

Unless included at checkout, these charges may be payable by the recipient according to the destination country's regulations.

6. Delayed, Lost or Damaged Deliveries

If your order is significantly delayed, missing or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly.

We will investigate with the delivery provider and work towards an appropriate resolution.

Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts your statutory consumer rights, including rights relating to delivery, loss or damage during transit.

7. Returns & Customer Support

Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for cancellation and refund information.

Handmade standard-sized products are not automatically exempt from cancellation rights. Individually personalised products may be subject to different rules under applicable law.
